2011 Chevrolet Volt

Electric car manufacturer General Motors (GM) with the Chevrolet Volt won the 2011 Nort American Car of the Year by journalists from the region of North America in the mat North America International Auto Show (NAIAS). Chevy Volt is the only electric car that can operate in conditions of driving and climatic conditions vary without worrying about the batteries.

With electrical power, Chevy Volt can travel 60 km without producing emissions at all, only with power supply of lithium-ion battery powered 16-kWh. When the ability of your battery runs out, the gasoline engine will work to boost the distance that can be gone through up to 450 km with fuel tanks filled.
